Pastor James has lived in Elizabeth City his entire life. God's call came early for James. He launched two brand new youth ministries in the 70’s & 80’s. He continued in youth ministry until the mid-80’s when he began preaching regularly. After being in the business world for over 20 years, finishing that career as a bank vice-president, Pastor James resigned to answer the call to serve fulltime at Fellowship in 1997. Prior to that he served as the bi-vocational pastor since May of 1988. He dabbled a bit in local politics and organizations in the past. Pastor James has preached in over 85 revivals & conferences and continues to be available for more. He loves to read, eat, spend time with family and perform as a comedian/motivational speaker.
